Pea Family - Fabaceae
Leaves, with a terminal tendril, and pinnately divided into many, variably numbered leaflets. Leaflets variable in shape, but some tend to be broadened at the end, slightly notched and with a fine bristle at the tip.

A sprawling, vine-like herb with almost stalkless bicolored (purple and pink) pea-like flowers (3/4 to 1 inch long) arising in leaf axils.
