Turtlehead, Lyon's

Prominent clusters of pink to reddish, 2-lipped terminal and axillary flowers are a feature of this 1 to 2 foot tall herb with a slender, erect stem. Leaves opposite, broad, sharply toothed and with a petiole about 0.5 to 1 inch long. Base of leaves rounded or even slightly heart-shaped.
