Ferns-template

Spaced at intervals on one side of stalks arising at the leaf axils are pairs of blue or pinkish violet flowers. Each flower is 3/8 to 1/2 inch long with a dome-like, hooded upper lip and a projecting lower lip.

Leaves egg-shaped, coarsely toothed and 1 to 5 inches long.
