Labrador tea
Ledum groenlandica
Heath Family - Ericaceae
A low-growing shrub, 1 to 3 feet tall, (here mixed with sheep laurel) with leathery, evergreen leaves and terminal clusters of white, 5-petalled flowers, which range in width from 3/8 to ½ inches. Leaves are oblong in shape with rolled edges and a lower surface with a whitish to rusty wool-like appearance.
