Tiny (about ¼ inch wide) bluish to lilac colored flowers with a pinkish stripe on the four petals (lower one smaller than the other three) borne on a stalked spike arising from leaf axils. Leaves opposite, elliptical, sharply toothed with a short stalk. Stem hairy tending to trailing on the ground.
