Smooth Rose

A 2 to 4 foot high bushy shrub with thornless stems, even the brown woody ones. Pink 5-petalled flowers, 1.5 to 2 inches wide with numerous stamens. Leaves with 5 to 9 toothed leaflets, which are dull darkish green above and pale green below. Leaf stalks with obvious stipules that are pointed and slightly broadened at the tip.
