Leaves linear (about 6 to 8 " high), fleshy and with a pale groove. An escapee from cultivation that now widely grows in woods and roadsides.

A dense terminal cluster of many dark blue globular to egg-shaped flowers (about 1/8" wide) with 6 whitish small lobes.
