Veronicastrum veronicum
Figwort Family - Scrophulariaceae
A tall herb (3 to 7 feet) with an erect stem terminating in a number of spikes (4 to 6 inches long) of small flowers and with numerous whorls of lance-shaped, toothed, short-stalked leaves. Flowers ¼ to 3/8 inch long, white, tubular with 4 distinct lobes and 2 protruding stamens.
