Pea Family - Fabaceae

Leaves with 3 oval, finely toothed leaflets, each 3/4 to 1 inch long and a paler, somewhat V-shaped region. (Photographed - July)

White (occasionally pinkish white) round flowerheads of 1/4 to 1/2 inch long, pea-like stalked flowers. Flowerheads and leaves on separate stalks from a creeping stem.
