A plant of moist woods about 6 to 15 inches tall. |
The stalk arising from 2 to 4 (usually 3) oblong, bright green basal leaves (5 to
8 inches long) bears 3 to 6 hanging, bell-like yellow to greenish-yellow flowers
(umbel). |
