Flower heads, 1 to 1.5 inches wide, with white ray and somewhat fuzzy appearing yellow disc flowers, in a branching cluster arising from a compactly organized whorl of leaves. (Photographed - August)
Leaves are coarsely toothed with a relatively long point and the upper leaves tend to be longer than the lower ones.
