Flowers borne on terminal spikes and interspersed with small leaves. Bluish to lilac
colored irregular-shaped bi-lipped flowers (1/2 inch long) with upper lip shorter
than the lower one. Leaves opposite and egg-shaped with a few blunt teeth.
