Leaves to 6 inches in length, lance- to elliptic-shaped, alternate, smooth margined,
tapering at both ends and with a short stalk. |
A generally tall species with an erect, stiff stem topped by a flattish cluster of
white flowerheads that together can be up to 1 foot wide. |
Each flowerhead (1/2 to 3/4 inch wide) has 7 to 15 white ray flowers and a central
