Agrimonia gryposepala

Rose Family - Rosaceae
The flower stem with fine projecting hairs.
A long erect spike of small (1/4" wide) yellow flowers projects above a series of alternating pinnately divided leaves.
Leaflets (from 5 to 15) coarsely toothed, 2 to 4" in length and often with tiny leaflets between the larger ones. (Photographed - July)
