Lilium canadense
Lily Family - Liliaceae
Each 2 to 3 inch flower is formed by three petals and three sepals, all spotted on the inside, with a flaring bell-shape and large dangling stamens with orange to brown anthers. Lance-shaped leaves in whorls of 4 to 10.

Its many nodding, stalked, yellow to orange coloured flowers produce a striking tall (2 to 5 foot) plant.
